This fair trade coffee is sourced from the Kochere disctrict in the Yirgacheffe region of southern Ethiopia. That areas high elevation, iron-rich, acidic soils produce small coffee beans possessing complex flavors. It is the product of an immaculately processed combination of many small farmers' coffee.
